Father's Day Giveaway Terms & Conditions

By entering the Father's Day giveaway run by El*Arquero, you confirm that you have read, understood and agree to the terms and conditions below.

The promoter is El*Arquero (El Arquero Pty Ltd, ABN 66 677 694 781), whose registered office is 27 Woodstock Road, Mount Waverley, VIC 3149.

Eligibility

  • Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
  • This competition is not open to residents of the Northern Territory, and is void where prohibited or restricted by law.
  • Valid photo ID is required to claim any prize.
  • Prizes cannot be delivered to PO boxes or parcel lockers.
  • El*Arquero reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms, or who tampers with the entry process.

How to enter

  • To enter, entrants must purchase a “Gift Box” or “Double Gift Box” or “Mini’s Gift Box” from the El*Arquero online store during the competition period. Each qualifying purchase earns one entry into the draw.
  • Entrants must also follow any additional instructions set out in the relevant competition post on El*Arquero's official social media channels.
  • Entries must be submitted by 27 August 2026, 11:59pm AWST. Entries received after this time will not be accepted.

Competition period

  • The competition opens on 20 August 2026 and closes on 27 August 2026, 11:59pm AWST.
  • Opening and closing dates and times are also stated in the relevant competition post.
  • All times listed are in Australian Western Standard Time (AWST) unless otherwise stated in the competition post.

Prize

  • There is one (1) prize and one (1) winner.
  • The prize includes a “Gift Box” containing a bottle of El*Arquero Blanco signed by Adam Gilchrist (valued at $119.99 AUD) and a personalised video message by Adam Gilchrist.
  • The total prize pool value is $119.99 AUD.
  • The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
  • The prize will be delivered in a timely manner; however, delivery timeframes are at El*Arquero's discretion.
  • The prize will not be awarded to, nor delivered to, any person under the age of 18 years.

How the winner is chosen

  • The winner will be selected at random from all valid entries received during the competition period.
  • The draw will take place on 28 August 2026.
  • The winner will be notified by Instagram direct message or email within one (1) working day of the draw.

If the winner cannot be contacted, does not respond, or cannot verify that they are aged 18 years or over within two (2) working days of first being notified, El*Arquero reserves the right to conduct a redraw. A redraw will be held after this two (2) working day period, and a new winner selected at random from the remaining valid entries.

Consent and publicity

  • By entering, you consent to El*Arquero using your name and social media handle for the purpose of conducting, announcing and promoting this competition, including reposting on El*Arquero's channels, without further payment or compensation.
  • The winner consents to being publicly identified as the winner of this competition.

Responsible service of alcohol

  • Alcohol prizes will only be delivered to persons aged 18 years or over. Valid photo ID will be checked at the time of claiming the prize or at delivery.
  • The winner must be present and aged 18 years or over to accept delivery. Delivery will be refused where age cannot be verified or where the recipient appears to be intoxicated.
  • Alcohol will not be left unattended.
  • This promotion is not intended to encourage rapid, excessive or irresponsible consumption of alcohol.
  • El Arquero encourages the responsible consumption of alcohol.

Privacy

  • Personal information collected in connection with this competition is treated as private and confidential and will not be shared with any third party, except as required to conduct the competition or as required by law. Personal information is handled in accordance with the Privacy Act 1988 (Cth).

General

  • El*Arquero reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who submits an entry not in accordance with these terms, or who tampers with the entry process.
  • This competition is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with, Facebook, Instagram or any other social media platform.
