EL*ARQUERO MAXIMO

Ingredients

  • El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
  • Pineapple juice 60ml
  • Soda 60ml
  • Wedge of fresh lime
  • Sea salt rim
  • Ice (full glass)
  • Glass: Highball

Method

  • Use your lime wedge & run it around the rim of the glass, dip in salt & tap the bottom of the glass for any excess to fall off
  • Measure & pour El*Arquero and pineapple into highball.
  • Fill the glass with Ice
  • Squeeze a wedge of lime over the top & place in the drink
  • Crown with soda, stir & serve

EL*ARQUERO BATANGA

Ingredients

  • El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
  • Coca-cola 120mls
  • Wedge of fresh lime
  • Sea salt rim
  • Ice (full glass)
  • Glass: Highball

Method

  • Use your lime wedge & run it around the rim of the glass, dip in salt & tap the bottom of the glass for any excess to fall off
  • Measure & pour El*Arquero into highball
  • Fill the glass with Ice
  • Squeeze a wedge of lime over the top & place in the drink
  • Pour Coca-Cola, stir & serve

EL*ARQUERO PALOMA

Ingredients

  • El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
  • Pink Grapefruit Soda 120mls
  • Wedge of fresh Pink Grapefruit
  • Sea salt rim
  • Ice (full glass)
  • Glass: Highball

Method

  • Use your pink grapefruit wedge and run it around the rim of your glass, dip the glass in salt & tap the bottom for any excess to fall off
  • Measure & pour El*Arquero into the highball
  • Fill the glass with Ice
  • Squeeze a wedge of pink grapefruit over the top & add to drink
  • Pour pink grapefruit soda, stir & serve

EL*ARQUERO RICKEY

Ingredients

  • El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
  • Soda 120mls
  • Wedge of fresh lime
  • Sprinkle of salt (optional)
  • Ice (full glass)
  • Glass: Highball

Method

  • Measure & pour El*Arquero into a highball
  • Fill the glass with Ice
  • Squeeze a wedge of lime over the top and add to drink
  • Pour the soda, stir and serve
    (ask the guest if they'd like a spinkle of salt)
