
EL*ARQUERO MAXIMO
Ingredients
- El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
- Pineapple juice 60ml
- Soda 60ml
- Wedge of fresh lime
- Sea salt rim
- Ice (full glass)
- Glass: Highball
Method
- Use your lime wedge & run it around the rim of the glass, dip in salt & tap the bottom of the glass for any excess to fall off
- Measure & pour El*Arquero and pineapple into highball.
- Fill the glass with Ice
- Squeeze a wedge of lime over the top & place in the drink
- Crown with soda, stir & serve
