El*Arquero Paloma

Ingredients

  • El*Arquero Blanco 30mls
  • Pink Grapefruit Soda 120mls
  • Wedge of fresh Pink Grapefruit
  • Sea salt rim
  • Ice (full glass)
  • Glass: Highball

Directions

  1. Use your pink grapefruit wedge and run it around the rim of your glass, dip the glass in salt & tap the bottom for any excess to fall off
  2. Measure & pour El*Arquero into the highball
  3. Fill the glass with Ice
  4. Squeeze a wedge of pink grapefruit over the top & add to drink
  5. Pour pink grapefruit soda, stir & serve
