El*Arquero Rickey
Ingredients
- El*Arquero Blanco 30ml
- Soda 120ml
- Wedge of fresh lime
- Sea salt
- Ice (full glass)
- Glass: Highball
Directions
- Use the lime wedge and run it around
- the rim of your glass, dip the glass in salt and tap the bottom of the glass for any excess to fall off
- Measure and pour El*Arquero Blanco into the highball glass
- Fill the glass with ice
- Squeeze a wedge of lime over the top and place in the drink
- Crown with soda, stir and serve
- (ask the guest if they'd like a sprinkle of salt)
